Refund Policy

• All entries are non-refundable. As a school fundraising event, entry fees will be treated as contributions to event costs and the school’s fundraising.

• If you can’t run, you may transfer your place to another runner up to 7 days before race day (subject to the organiser’s approval and platform fees). No transfers after this deadline.

• If the event is postponed or cancelled for reasons outside our control (e.g., severe weather, safety or land access issues), we may reschedule or offer a deferral/transfer where possible. Refunds will not be issued.

• Any separate donations made at entry are also non-refundable but may be eligible for Gift Aid if you opted in.
  This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
